I undertake to pay the annual membership fee of Women in Super (NZ) Inc. so long as I remain a member.

I will remain a member on the mailing list until I request to be removed from it.

Women in Super (NZ) Inc. reserves the right to cancel my membership if my membership fee remains unpaid for three months or more from renewal date.

My membership can be renewed on request.

I undertake to pay for all functions that I register to attend and acknowledge that I will be charged in full if no payment is received by Women in Super (NZ) Inc. unless an email notification is received by womeninsuper@gmail.com at least two working days prior to that function.

I acknowledge that personal information about me in this application is collected by and will be used by Women in Super (NZ) Inc. for all purposes relating to the Women in Super organisation, that it will be held securely and will not be disclosed to any other person except as required by law, unless I have authorised otherwise.

I understand that pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020 I have the right to see any personal information Women in Super (NZ) Inc. hold about me and that I may ask to have corrections made to this information.

Women in Super (NZ) Incorporated is a non-profit organisation which aims to educate and support women working in the superannuation industry, provide role models, networking and voice to lobby on issues which directly affect women.
