Based in Auckland, Hayley is an experienced lawyer with expertise in corporate governance and current financial markets law. Hayley is a Chartered International Company Secretary and Deputy Chair of the NZ Corporate Governance Forum. Hayley has completed post-graduate study in corporate governance, risk, compliance, advanced negotiation skills and mediation. Hayley is General Counsel and Company Secretary at Nikko Asset Management New Zealand.

Hayley is passionate about leadership and inclusion, and actively supports flexible work practices and portfolio careers. Hayley believes financial education is essential and that being confident about money is enabling and empowering, so has joined the Women in Super management committee to advance financial education and literacy.
